What is your return policy?

  • We will happily accept requests for all non-custom items for an exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card within 14 days of delivery.  Sorry, no cash refunds.  We cannot make any exceptions to this policy, so please make sure you are able to personally receive your package within this timeframe and let us know as soon as possible if you would like an exchange or store credit.

  • All custom orders are considered final sale. 

  • If an item arrives damaged please take photos and send to within 48 hours of receipt of package.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or store credit.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with non-damaged returns. 

I ordered the wrong size what do I do?

Each individual ring is custom made to the size(s) you specify and you are responsible for providing us with the correct size.  If you order the wrong size, you can exchanging for a different size for $5 additional charge per ring plus shipping. 

How do I initiate a return for store credit or an exchange?

Email first to initiate return and we will send you an RA number.  Items mailed without initiating return first will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless we made a mistake on our end or the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged please take a picture of the box it was shipped in and the damaged item. We need both items please or we can not give you credit. 

How long do I have to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 2 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled or returned.
